MATERIALS WE UTILIZE

THE FIRST STEPS OF REALISM

Quality and durability are the two primary attributes that every material in our repertoire must comply. Regardless of the intended purpose of the product,
we use only field-tested and high-grade components, with the most advanced technologies. Our capabilities includes 3D printing, multi-axis machining,  metalworking and welding, silicone molding and more. From simple display to heavy usage, there can be no exceptions, because no detail is too small.

the original purpose of the product, we use only field-tested and high-grade materials. From simple display to heavy usage, there can’t be an exception, because no detail is too small. If you are looking for compromises, you search in the wrong direction.

STEEL

The material that was born to be strong. While it can be challenging to work with, it is often our preferred choice for custom parts that must endure high stress. Ranging from standard carbon steel to hardened tool steels, our repertoire consists of a wide range of this essential component, because we are always committed to upholding the highest quality standards physically possible. In some cases, there are many more modern alternatives, but this fundamental material never goes out of fashion.

STEEL

The material that was born to be strong. Definitely one of the hardest to work with, but if a custom part needs to withstand high stress, it is one of the most frequent choices. From common carbon steel to high quality tool steels, there is nothing to stop us achieving the high standards. In some cases there are many more modern alternatives to, but this good old material never gets out of fashion.

MAGNESIUM ALLOYS

Magnesium alloys serve as fundamental materials for both aircraft and spacecraft. They are lightweight, resistant to corrosion, and can be exceptionally strong in the right form. Additionally, manufacturing parts from magnesium alloys is generally more straightforward than working with various types of industrial steel. That is the reason why we prefer to use it across various scenarios. In situations where a metal component is required for structural or aesthetic reasons, magnesium alloys can be an excellent alternative.

MAGNESIUM ALLOYS

Magnesium alloys are the basic materials for both air and spacecrafts.  It is lightweight, stainless and in the right form exceptionally strong. Not to mention that it is much easier to manufacture a part from it than any kind of industrial steel. In scenarios when a piece needs to be metal due to structural or aesthetic preferences, it can be an outstanding alternative.

POLYMERS

There is no doubt that 3D printing is one of the most significant industrial innovations of the 21st century. We utilize a diverse array of raw materials, including PLA, ABS, ASA, PETG, nylon, CF-nylon, GF-nylon among others. Additive technologies streamlines the process of producing smaller quantities compared to traditional methods such as die casting or injection molding. It is evident why 3D printing is one of our most frequently used manufacturing methods. While magnesium alloy represented a significant advancement toward lightweight materials, the use of polymers marks the next step forward.

POLYMERS

There is no question, 3D printing is one of the greatest, groundbreaking industrial innovations of the 21th century. It uses a wide range of raw materials like PLA, ABS, ASA, PETG, nylon and so on. The additive manufacturing simplifies the way of creating smaller quantities compared to die casting or injection molding. If magnesium alloy was a step toward lightweight, using polymers is the next one.

CORDURA

The fabric that stands behind every modern combat gear. This advanced material is strong enough to withstand the world’s toughest environments. It is available in a wide range of constructions, weights, and appearances, so we can always find the perfect match for a specific project. Ranging from classic styles to military specifications, and available in 330 to 1000 denier, this advanced textile technology assures comfort, durability, and reliability—whether in professional settings, field operations, or recreational activities. When we speaking of tough components, this fabric will be there to keep up with the metal components.

From classic to mils-spec, in 500 or 1000 denier, this fabric will be there to keep up with the metal components.

OTHER MATERIALS

Occasionally, the commonly selected elements may not suffice to achieve the desired aesthetic outcome; therefore, we also incorporate a diverse range of special filaments like TPU/TPE, PC, or wooden, fabrics ranging from flame-resistant iterations to different organic textiles, various types of wooden elements, epoxies, molded silicone, and other less frequently used materials to develop tailored solutions. The specifics of each project guide the selection of materials, and our aim is to incorporate as many authentic components and parts as possible.

OTHER MATERIALS

We also like to use a great variety of special filaments, fabrics, wooden elements, various kinds of epoxies and other not so frequently used materials for different solutions. The project itself determines its basic materials and our goal will always be to use as many authentic ones as possible.
