Introduction:

The Hephaestus is the ultimate handguard upgrade for the classic G36C. There is no doubt; the most conspicuous part of the Hephaestus system is definitely the front piece, or as the creator named it: The Anvil

Materials:

The main material of the Project: Hephaestus is reinforced high quality PLA. The bolt and the nut that provided for secure the handguard are made from blackened stainless steel. All the stickers, markings and engraves were made manually by our own design for the true unique look.

How to use:

The installation is really easy and user friendly. The process does not require any permanent/non-permanent modification or adjustment on your rifle if its one of the compatible variants! It takes about 1-2 minute. (Everything what is needed for the installation is included in the package.) To install the handguard, simply remove the original one and replace it with the Hephaestus. Use the provided bolt, instead of the standard pin. Do NOT over tight it!! For the seamless, full-length upper rail system, replace the rear and the front sights (that are holded by a small pin) with the included rail segments. The Project:Hephaestus holds 100% sturdy. It has zero wobble!

• the sight replacements create a full-length rail system on the top

Please note that all of our products are unique creations, designed, handcrafted, and hand-painted by our skilled European artisans, therefore between two pieces slight differences may occur. 
(The optic that was used on the photos is a Vortex Razor AMG UH-1 gen1 and the iron sight is a set of Magpul MBUS, which are not included in the package.)
