We accept exchanges!

Please contact us immediately, if you experience any problems with your order and we will find a solution that fits you the best way!
 
Before start to use your order, make sure about the following things:
  • You have received the right item
  • The received item is undamaged
  • All parts are included in the package
If the issue cannot be solved, we will exchange your item to a brand new one. To be eligible for the exchange process, please follow these steps:
 
  • Contact us within: 7 days of delivery
  • Carefully repack your item: In its original form, in its original package
  • Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Once we have received the returned item, we will provide you a brand new one as soon as possible! The preparation and resending time are depend on the current inventory.  
 

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged:

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, We can’t accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders 
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
Although customized, custom-made, and completely custom orders are not eligible for exchanges, they are eligible for repair if the product has been damaged during the shipping process.
